idk why but I feel like that's basically what's recently happening with some Atari 2600 games that never made it due to its initial 1992 discontinuation. This includes the latest Swordquest iirc.
Easy to repair.
Haven't had one apart in years, just a little tricky taking it apart.
Start with the 5 volt regulator and go from there. Any 2600 will make a great parts donor!
I tried a couple converters before and didn't like the picture. But I found this Samsung dvd recorder that puts out a beautiful picture on the HDMI output.
I run my 7800, 5200 & 2600 through it! No lag as long as the 3D enhancement is turned off!
You can set the output all the way up to 1080p!
Hunt & Score, Concentration, would work easy with a joystick! Move an "X" around the screen and pick the square with the fire button!
Wish someone would hack the 2600 version to play that way!
