  1. SO, TO GET IT STRAIGHT, MY CAPS LOCK IS MESSED UP, AND I'M TOO LAZY TO PUSH IT ANYWAYS. DOES ANYONE HAVE A FEW WORKING ATARI 2600 FOUR SWITCH MODEL SWITCHES? ANYONE? THE ONLY SPECIFACATIONS ARE, TOO REPEAT: WORKING, FOUR SWITCH MODEL SWITCHES. Woah ho! Yay! My caps lock is working now! Stupid thing, Should be called craps lock
  2. YO YO YO! I AM A SOLDERING FIEND! DO THE SWITCHES WORK? I NEED WORKING SWITCHES, MY CAT DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO PLAY WITH THE BOARD! OK, SO I DON'T SEEM LIKE A FREAK, MY CAPS LOCK IS MESSED UP, AND I'M TOO LAZY TOO PUSH IT ANYWAY.

All "darthvaders" I owned had an ugly screen- play. If the woodgrain 4swich has a better screenplay I want to buy one and insert the motherboard in my darthvader 2600, because I like the all-black look. REPLY: Ahem... You know, It does have a better Screenplay than the Darth vader model (CHHH CX2600, I AM YOU'RE OFFSPRING!) , The Woodgrain. And it isn't really A Motherboard. All you need for a better picture is a replaced RIOT chip, and A New RF Box. Or have you been Using the same RF switchbox? If so, look into that. There's not alot of soldered stuff in there, so don't worry about Pricking yourself on a pin, or snapping one off. If so, Just get a new one. Also, You don't need to Put the motherboard inside a Vader model, Just spraypaint what's Woodgrain, They Just used Little cheap dots to simulate The Woodgrain look
  4. AHHHHHH! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ARCHIVES? AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH *passes out from hyperventilation*
  5. Helloo, peoples! I have an Idea for a controller that is so simple, So Easy, and so Great, I have decided that, When I have completed this Project, The first three people to send me an Atari joystick, I will convert these joysticks into... Gasp! A version of my Own Controller. And, If you are Not very trusting of me (Why should you?) Contact george reese Concerning me. He would probably say that I am Kind of exciteable (I had to order an atari from him when mine got stolen, I was pretty happy that I found one.) The subject line should be : Ian's Credibility. Here's a link to email him: Georgereese@hotmail.com
  6. Hey! You know what, I've got a bit of a connection with a guy who makes portable atari vcs's. He's got 5 models, and they all look cool. He's got a how to page, also. See < A HREF = "Http://www.classicgaming.com/vcsp.htm">That site if that come up in unreeadable code, tell me through email. It's Iandefor@hotmail.com

I would really like to get Dave Crane to sign my Pitfall manual (for my own collection, not for sale EVER). But I can't get there. So if anyone is planning on going, drop me a line, and maybye we can work something out. Thanks. Hey, Anybody Wanna tell Me where the Cgexpo is held? Is it like E3, where they just spin a ball with the American map glued on it and they stick a needle in randomly? Or is it Always held someplace? Like, always in New york? Tell Me! My brain is hurting, because I'm thinking!
  8. quote: Originally posted by Eduardo: Hello Luccas: If you were able to pinpoint a defective circuit, maybe you're able to perform the composite video mod, the video signals that are sent into the RF box are in composite format (chroma, luma, sync, audio). I think that's the only way to save your 7800. Also try to use a 10db video booster to see if it helps. BTW I live in Mexico. Is nice to see that many ppl in Latinamerica are getting into the Atari hobbie. Feel free to emailme at: et2k@todito.com I think I may be able to fix it if you forgot that atari 2800 is a japanese system. If you are using an american television, I beleive that may be the problem. You see, Most televisions only accept input from that country's brand of video game systems. An example is if you put a dvd from japan into an american dvd player, all you get is glitchy shit on the screen. Get it? If you don't, I'll explain the analogy for you. The atari represents the 2800. The dvd player represents the tv. Now do you get it? If you still don't I'd diagnose your atari 2800's problem is it's owner is a dipshit.
