I know only few programs available for KMK/JŻ (IDEa) Interface that talks to ATAPI CDROM. CDREAD is for copying files from single-session disc in standard ISO-9660 format. There are also a few different CDPLAYERs (I've used ones by Pasiu and Trub) which control playback from CDROM. Sikor: at the moment R0l0Player cannot read from CD, it only plays streams directly from hard disk (but the drive can be as large as 128 GB).

Not SBX, but SDX, standing for Sparta DOS X. SDX can load standard executables with $FFFF header, but has also its own binary block types (including relocatable blocks).
