So the trailers for Sonic Forces has recently come out and they introduce a new character that they show a silhouette that looks amazingly like Bubsy. Is this possible? Well, there are a lot of things that support that it would. Here are some videos that I found on this:
The first video I found that turned me onto this YouTube sensation.
Here we have a video where the author tries to explain away anyone else but Bubsy.
Explanation of who currently owns Bubsy and that
Hey Bubsy fans! Have you ever wanted to play Bubsy Bobcat: Fractured Furry Tales from the Atari Jaguar on the Sega Genesis?
Well you can't.
But today you can play all the mod music from that Jaguar game on your Sega Genesis, or in this case the Sega Gopher or whatever you call that Sega handheld system that Atgames sells.
File is attached, (Called "Game.zip") along with all the best versions of Bubsy to play on the Genesis and a few modified games with Bubsy in it.
And as a a
(Yes yes, I know, this was written in January. What can I say? I'm kicking butt in some developments right now so knocking out stuff now to clear the books for when I go camping later)
So while trying to get a mod to play on the Sega Genesis (or more specifically my Sega Gopher portable) I came across the resource to give me hours and hours of jukebox fun... through VGM music. The VGM being the music resource type used most of the time on the Genesis.
They had the VGM files for the
So we had a very busy time of things in May and June. July what can I say? I partied. I mean that is what you do after you talk to the producer that started Bubsy and the man who produced the Jaguar version of Bubsy, which is my favorite. So this account will be just to say, how's it been? We're still here. While on Facebook there was this picture I've seen a few times. So cute with all the baby Bobcats. But remember where there are babies, there is usually a mom nearby... Oh,
After a lot of work, two interviews with Michael Berlyn and Faran Thomason and all the questions submitted by the Bubsy Bobcat Fan Blog we now get a fresh perspective of the Bubsy game for the Atari Jaguar with Shinto!
I have been half way though this well put together two and half hour podcast and I am impressed by the information Shinto put together.
Here is the link to that podcast:

Good work Shinto!
Hey all, we'll go ahead and post this a little early... presenting...
the interview with Michael Berlyn the creator of Bubsy Bobcat!!!
SpongeFox and I had a blast talking to Michael as he talked about a few of his projects from OO Topos his earliest game, projects at Infocom (Infidel, Cutthroats, Fooblitzky, and Suspended) as well as his musical experience "Hot Mustard", and his latest addictive iOS game, Ogg.
And naturally lots and lots of behind the scenes on the creation of Bubs
As previously mentioned, we took questions for Faran Thomason (Producer of the Atari Jaguar game of Bubsy) for an interview, and FINALLY we have the interview on Youtube! He was a lot of fun to talk to and hopefully we'll cover other Atari Jaguar games in the future.
Here is the complete picture that SpongeFox drew while we were interviewing him.
Coming up, the interview with Michael Berlyn. Stay tuned!
Just a quick shout out to Bubsy Bobcat and congrats on his 23rd birthday!
Been an exciting year for Bubsy with the first two games re-released on the Steam platform this last year. Sponge Fox and I interviewed Michael Berlyn and Faran Thomason and we will have those interviews up shortly. Those interviews will also give some insight for the Bubsy episode on the Jaguar Game by Game Podcast.

I received a note from Mike today,
"As of 9/11/2015, I am cancer free after 7 months of chemo and radiation therapy. Please post this information, and thank you for your kind words and well wishes.
Best,
Mike Berlyn"

This is too awesome. Mike, glad you are better, you had us worried there for a bit.
What was awesome was SpongeFox also sent me a message about it with a picture. She heard the news
Tonight I was talking to another Bubsy fan and as we were talking he said "By the way, I know it's old news, but did you hear that Bubsy's creator, Mike Berlyn is currently battling cancer? Really horrible to hear. Mike created many fine games in his day. I've been meaning to read his books, too."
Actually I did not know that. I have searched around the internet tonight to see how Mike is coming along. The last bit of news was in June of this year. There was a GoFundMe campaign, but that
There is a new Bubsy in town, or so one site would have us believe. I call it "The NEW ADVENTURES OF BETSY", since the site we are talking about has Bubsy in a transgender angle. I say the site is not actually about Bubsy himself, but we'll get to that in a bit. In the meantime, here is the title image of our feature site! Now throughout time we have seen many versions of Bubsy. As fans we have seen many ongoing stories of Bubsy from Pixel Chat, to Bubsy Returns, to the very creative B
WELCOME TO THE *100th* ENTRY OF THE BUBSY FAN BLOG!!!
So what I like to do is Cruise Google and YouTube every so often to see if new things are being done with or to the Bubster. And I found some things. First off thanks to faithful fan SpongeFox for the entry image! She has a lot of great art so check it out and like it every chance you get.

I was cruiz'in Youtube today and found an interview with Bubsy Bobcat which was actually informative and funny. Enjoy!!

What I love about Bubsy as a game character is that there is just enough to make it where something appears for collecting every now and then, but not so much that it strains the budget.
It's been a fun collection. I was able to score the Bubsy shirt for the first game, and then a portable hole for Bubsy II. Picked up a lot of magazines talking about Bubsy. And of course I've missed a few things over time. The Bubsy mug, the Babbages Bubsy glasses, and the promo party flip flop.
Ho
Well, let's face it, Bubsy Bobcat is based off a fairly generic designed of a animorphic cat that walks on two legs, wears a shirt with no pants, and all that. So naturally there will be similarities with other cartoon characters right?
Soooo.... with that out of the way, I FOUND BUBSY REBORN!!
Yeh, I was doing a search for "Japan Bubsy" and this picture showed up...
And I was all "HOLY COWBOOGERS!! Bubsy in a Mario outfit!!"
Well apparently someone else thought the sam
We have wild throngs of people (well ok, so far one) that would like to learn how to play the Bubsy game on the Atari Jaguar.
The nice things about the Jaguar version, it is unique from all other versions. It is mysterious, not many have played it compared to the other versions since many don't have an Atari Jaguar.
But tonight in a live stream you can see Bubsy being played and shown step by step how to beat this game. Currently I can beat all 15 levels in 50 minutes on average, and

You will see a that sarasaland-dragon169 in the UK has created a Bubsy plush that looks like it was a based the way Bubsy looked in Bubsy 3D.
All and all I think the plushee has good detail and definitely looks like Bubsy. Well done Sarasaland-Dragon169!
While looking at some information for the JagFest 2000 I found something cool in the pictures. At first I saw the top of ears and said "That looks like Bubsy" but thought I was just seeing things.
And then as I looked at other pictures, sure enough, it was Bubsy in a Bubsy II shirt saying:
"Bubsy's Back" and naturally on the back of the shirt you have a picture of Bubsy's back.
Typical Bubsy humor.
Now if I can just find Joel, who was wearing this shirt at the JagFest, and get
About a week ago I showed the first picture of the Portable Hole that was a promotional frisbee toy at the release of Bubsy II. It arrived and I carried it in my bag to work just in case I needed it to jump out of a jam. Luckily the portable hole was not needed. But who am I to hog such a magnificent piece of swag? Here it is...
The Hole comes in a Bubsy 2 bag, which looks much like this...
And comes with a manual. Here are some quick pictures of the manual so that you
