Fantomas
So an album I ordered off of eBay finally came and I'm listening to it for the first time. It said it was "new" but even in the shrinkwrap it had a scratch on the packaging. I've overlooked that as it could have been from the journey to my house. The CD was mailed in some flimsy bubblewrap thing. Looked at the CD, it looks and plays OK, so I gave them a positive rating, although I doubt I'd buy anything from them again. The CD is called "Delirium Cordia" by Fantomas and has one track: "Surgical Sound Specimens From the Museum of Skin." And with a title like that, you'd expect some really bizarre things. And that's what this CD delivers. Although mostly heavy metal instruments, the track sometimes burst into "Atom-Heart-Mother"-type choruses, or some other equally bizarre things. And it has a lot of time to do this, the track is 74 minutes long. Oh, and mom came home without a dog today. It looks like the other people got it instead. So I'm happy, at least for now...
