Microvision homebrew? (part 6)

OK, so I went to Radio Shack and ended up buying this:

A Parallax Multicore Developmnet Board, Propeller P8X32A QuickStart.

I haven't opened it yet in case I got the wrong thing, but it ended up being $43.99! I also got one of these:

I figured, what the heck. It's what I'm going to work on basically, so why not? It was only $6.99.

So I ended up spending $50 or so on this. Looking at the voltage meter link, I read that the cheapest ones are only $10 or so. Funny thing, though, I went to the Radio Shack at the mall but they didn't have one, so I ended up going to the one out south where I live and they had that.

Now the next step is finding a voltage meter, since I didn't want to buy one without knowing how they work. SpiceWare's page in the previous blog comment looks really good.

EDIT: I'm thinking of changing the game to borrow from Cosmic Hunter to change it to Phaser Strike, since there's a lot more of them.

That's the right board. Again, before you start hacking the Microvision cartridges you really need to spend some time becoming comfortable with the Propeller.
