My first "proper" acrostic puzzle
Well, I've been putting my brain to work making these acrostic puzzles. It's hard work, but well worth it once you figure out words and they all mesh together and a sense of satisfaction once there are no more letters left to use in the "letters left" columns in the acrostic making program. I think my first few puzzles were a warm-up, and I consider this one to be my very first "proper" acrostic puzzle. It's a quote, and the initial letters of each clue spell out the speaker of the quote. The quote I got is from that great series of quote sources, an Uncle John's Bathroom Reader. If you want to try the puzzle, I've attached it (it's only 14k), and I'll give you a hint: it's a funny quote. I've tried to make the words not that difficult. And hopefully the clues are good enough for acrostic likers to solve the puzzle. I'll definitely be making more of these.
