One of the great ironies of life that I've found is that when I'm looking for a job, it seems like nothing is out there. And when I'm in a job where we're looking to hire people, it seems like nobody good is out there looking for work!

Exactly! We had a good candidate but it didn't work out. That's all I can say.

 

All we can do is keep looking and work with who we've got.
