Whenever there's enough stuff to make an 8-page magazine about it, I make a parody of Mad magazine called Dam magazine. While thinking of things to make fun of, I thought the government shutdown. Hopefully this doesn't delve too much into politics, but I then thought of the Beach Boys' album "Shut Down." And so this is the cover for issue 7. I couldn't think of five liberals, so there's just three people on the cover (as opposed to five beach boys): Pelosi, Obama, and Reid. I thought this cover was a good idea and I have nowhere else to post it, so here.
