Another DS game to come out

Well, this one had been listed as Q4 2013, but it finally got a new release date. Doodle Jump Journey will be released...this Tuesday. Apparently the company that makes it wanted it to be a secret or something. If the game had gone gold, why not pick a release date and then TELL everyone about it? Anyway, I guess I'll have to go back to Toys R Us next weekend to see if I can find that as well as Lego Marvel Superheroes. Toys R Us seems to be the only place to get new DS games any more. Of course, I haven't looked at GameStop, but I don't wanna. IGN's page on the new game: http://www.ign.com/games/doodle-jump-journey/nds-20007288 It's too bad the DS has to die. It lasted a good nine years, but I guess it's time for developers to move on to the 3/2DS. Of course, I felt this way when the GBA died, too, so I guess it pains me to see Nintendo handhelds die.

I agree. I always feel sad when a console/handheld game has to go.

 

That's why I won't buy any consoles/handhelds anymore.

I'd like to get into DS game making but Nintendo is still actively blocking homebrew on 3DS machines. No way I'd ever buy a traditional handheld nowdays. After my PSP breaks down it's all Android.
