ActionMax DVD!
For anyone wanting my ActionMax homebrew to be a VHS tape, due to reasons beyond my control, I will have to make it a DVD. It seems as though I can't use my VHS-to-DVD's DVD-to-VHS tape on any DVD I make, even though the DVD I made doesn't have any copy protection. (Unless Windows automatically puts it on for no good reason.) Secondly, since I can't use the sensor on a new TV, this means I'll have to get a DVD player and hook it up to the CRT TV in my room to test any further. This is getting harder and harder to do. I tried testing it on my computer monitor, but it wouldn't do anything. I'm sure my ActionMax is working because I tested it before I did that and it worked. Hopefully I can get a cheap working DVD player next time I go to Wal-Mart or something. But for now, all I can do is wait until I have my DVD player to test what I did so far. I don't want to work on the video any further in case what I did doesn't work. I made a test DVD and I can't use it in the living room because of these stupid new TV screens. I guess the ActionMax uses the same technology as the NES because you can't play Duck Hunt on a new TV, either. When these morons thought of new TV designs, they should have thought of backward-compatibility with old video games, too, instead of just focusing on making the picture as "pretty" as possible. I don't care how beautiful or clear the picture looks!
