Explosive Diarrhea version 12
So I think I may have fixed the problem I had with the Explosive Diarrhea game I was having. Now it's up to version 12. I don't think I'll be adding much more since I've used up about 1,900 bytes (a 2k game has a max of 2,048) so there's not a lot of room left to work with. But yeah, I like the Odyssey 2. It's a fun little system to play with and code for. The only problem is the lack of titles. Sure, the Atari 2600 had hundreds, but that's only because they had lots of programmers for it. The Odyssey 2 had only a select few, and not very much third party support. I think the only other companies that even made Odyssey 2 games are Imagic (which made 2 games) and Parker Bros. (4). One can only wonder what would have happened if Magnavox/Philips cared more about the system back then. Or why didn't they name the CD-i the "Odyssey 3," so we could have a working Odyssey 3 console that's not a proto. One also can wonder how the sales were for Imagic and PB's Odyssey 2 games. I doubt they were very good since the games are kind of rare. The only Parker Bros. games that even work on an Odyssey 2 were sold in Brazil. I wonder why they didn't release them for the US. I guess it's because the Odyssey 2 enjoyed a lot more success in Europe where it was called the VideoPac. I wonder what it would have been like if Odyssey 2 would have been called the VideoPac in the states. I read that Nintendo changed the name of the Ultra 64 to the Nintendo 64 so it would have the same name everywhere in the world.
