I wonder if there is an executable virus in there?

Yes. An executable virus is encluded with the e-mail. Don't worry. It's not the first time it happens.

 

Actually it's the first time from Walmart. Also I got spams like this from Master Card, european bank, UPS, ...

Cool! If it happens to be cryptolocker or the botnet that delivers it I'd like to get a copy of it. You can send it to VirusTotal (or other online scanner) to determine exactly what you have.

 

My agency is researching this in hopes of finding better methods for stopping it. But in the meantime versioned off-line backups are your best bet. That and user education.
