I finally found the original Stone Age box for the CreatiVision (Salora Manager edition).

 

I'm going to publish the high-res scan on the CreatiVEmu website soon so keep in touch in case you want to update your box with the *REAL* artwork.

However you may want to use this one, being the Salora Manager *original* artwork - which would be utilised on the TechnoVision version of the game
