Learning is fun
Apparently I've been in an educational mood recently. Yesterday I bought a Didj game online and today I've resumed my work on episode 602 of Square One. For those who don't know, "Square One" was an educational math show made by the same people who make Sesame Street, but it was aimed at older kids. It kind of was like, well, the Disney Channel, only add in math. Since Sesame Workshop has no plans to resume the show (why would they, it's been dead for 20 years now.) I recently started work on a sixth season of the show. I probably will never make 45 half-hour episodes singlehandedly in my entire lifetime, but I was just going to see how far I can get. I made a first episode, the "season premiere", episode 601, last year. I don't know if I'll ever release these, Mom was in a part of 601, so I'll have to have her watch it and see if she will allow her use if people are really interested in this. I've perfected a way to make DVD covers for my video projects, what size to make them in Paint, etc. And things are really getting better for this since i got the paper cutter for Christmas. Now I don't have to use scissors any more since it cuts a straight line. So now all I have to do is get a blank DVD, put episode 601 on it and it will be done. I've made the cover and a little booklet to compliment it. The booklet fits nicely inside the DVD case. I made a little segment for 602 so far. It's a parody of M*A*S*H called M*A*T*H. I made the title up in one of my creative modes 14 years ago and never had a use for it until now. It was part of a themed back to school thing, along with "History and Science Theater 3000," and some other thing i can't remember now.
