eBay, the USPS, and me

For the first time in a long time, I had to open a case against someone. Apparently you can't contact the seller without opening a case. I didn't want to, I just wanted to ask where my game was. I've been looking for the USPS site for days at the search number, and it was last updated Feb 7. So I'm guessing the post office lost it or he hasn't mailed it out yet. eBay is so stupid, though. All I did was want to contact the seller, but nooo I had to open some sort of case against him in order to do that. That is stupid. What else is stupid? I can't find Puyo Puyo Tetris anywhere. Is it one of those stupid titles you have to download? I thought it was both retail and download, but I guess not. I did however get Disney's Frozen, the second of the last two DS games ever released (on the same day.) GameStop was a madhouse. I don't know why people go there. I had to stand in line for at least 10 minutes. But I couldn't find the stupid game anywhere else, so GameStop was my last resort. I don't think it's new though once you've opened the game from its original packaging, only to put it back in the same case it was in. Why do they do that? Why not just sell it in its original case without opening it at all? So yeah, I'm not having a very good day today.

'A case" is just the phrase they use. I opened a case on a late item and politely asked the shipper to confirm the item had left on time. He assured me it did and to please give it more time. Sure enough the item arrived two or three days later. Case closed!
