Out with the new, in with the old
I'm suspending the celery game for now. I figured out how the celery will get his revenge on the vegetarians, though. He built a vegetarian-killing device. You, on the side of the celery's conflict, control the device. When it hovers over an enemy, press fire. It's supposed to say "gotcha!" but all I get is static most of the time. But the good news is that GoSub 2 is almost complete and bug free at the moment. I got some bug-free code back from my helper, and there was a small bug which I hadn't noticed before where the missile stays on the title screen if you end the regular game. Four short lines of code though fixed that problem. So anyway, all I have to do is design one more maze and I think I can call this done. Although I tried testing it myself, I could only get to level 14 before I got a game over. There's 20 total levels. You cannot imagine how frustrated I was on my third death on level 14. It's either my eyesight is crappy or the Odyssey 2 flaking out making everything blurry, but for some reason I just have trouble seeing things in fine detail when playing my Odyssey 2. I'm betting though it's the Odyssey 2's fault since I have to change it between channels 3 and 4 periodically to get a good picture. Along with the Voice module not working sometimes.
