Hmmm...Triforce? No, too easy....
I like Nintendo, mainly NES. Although Atari 2600 is my favorite system of all time but I have a lot of great memories with the NES. From pretending to be sick from school to grind away hours of my life with RPG's to competing in the Nintendo World Championships Nintendo was a big part of my youth and even early adult years. Thanks to the Wii I have even more Nintendo memories with my new family members
So yeah, I like Nintendo ![]()
I wanted to make something from the NES era, but the thing is, with this style material you can be a bit "limited" as to what you can really make. I could trace draft Zelda shapes and cut them out but since in game they are multi color my cutouts will just look like shadows or silhouettes of what I was trying to capture. One day a nice Gold metallic material job arrived and I thought it would be cool to make a triforce...it's just a Triangle pattern after all...
Well, the Triforce was cool, but it's just a triangle pattern...Kind of simple and boring on a wall. Didn't really have that look I wanted so I got on google and found a cool little Zelda symbol.
This must be from later games in the series as I do not remember it from the NES Zelda. I played Link from the Past but thats as far as I got with Nintendo until the Wii came out. It is a fun little symbol though and looks great on my wall next to my meager NES collection ![]()
