OK, I finally figured out what the problem was and why I kept getting errors all the time. As it turned out, my as1600 was not the most updated one. So I got the most updated one, and the required roms for emulation, and I started on a GoSub version for Intellivision. After a few tries, I got a white sub going from left to right, the word "GOSUB" in white on a black background. How do I change the background color? CAN I change the background color? It seems to be black for most homebrew games. But I want a blue one. So anyway, this will be a new category for working on GoSub for the Intellivision. Right now, GoSub is on a few consoles:

Virtual Boy, Atari 2600 and Odyssey 2. Now I'm working on an Intellivision one. I thought I saw a website for INTVBasic programmers, but I can't find it any more. I would also like to know what types of sounds the INTV can make. Is there one that sounds like a sonar ping? I want to add a periodical one on the title screen. Anyway, enjoy this rather crude at this point build.
