Throwing down
So I went to work, back to Odyssey 2 programming. Worked a little bit on Chief Chef. I was not having fun doing that last night. I was very sleepy, but something urged me to start working on it again (it was never finished though), so I groggily worked from 8pm to 11pm on the thing. Never did figure out the problem. I was too sleepy and probably shouldn't have been up anyway. But I really hate going to sleep. It's so boring just laying there. It takes me about 20-30 minutes to go to sleep. I suppose I could take sleeping pills, but I don't want to get hooked on them. And the last time I tried them, I don't think they really worked anyway. So I woke up and did some stuff and went back to the programming. Now awake, and after a couple of hours of fiddling with the dumb thing, I have a new version of it. I like Chief Chef, it sort of was trying to make a Kaboom on the Odyssey 2, and then I threw in Pressure Cooker in the mix. I have some ideas on how to improve the graphics, but I don't know if they will be put in the final version or not. I woke up to find my computer had reset itself after installing new updates at 3am (probably, not that I was up at 3am). But anyway, the Odyssey 2 is a great little machine and I just wish I could see more people get on board with it and see what games they can crank out. Sure, it's hard getting the hang of it, but if I did, trust me, anyone can. And I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.
