Time just zooms by when you sleep about half your life away. The only reason I wake up is because I need to go to the bathroom. Anyway, it has been about two whole months since I worked on Jack and the Beanstalk for the PS1. I was looking for PS1 games to buy on eBay last night, which led me to decide to work on my game. I have come to the conclusion that it will probably stay silent for good. But I want to finish the game, silent or not. But at the rate I'm going, it will probably be 5 years from now! I added screen 4 of level 1. I had a terrible time trying to program it. I realized that I should probably go about this the way they did Ms. Pac-Man for the 2600: Have certain "rules" for the troll to follow. It took four hours, but I did it. I started shortly after midnight and by the time I was done, it was well past 4am! Then I went to sleep. Woke up at 1:30. My package of Q*Bert had come. That was fast. Unfortunately, it took three attempts at cleaning the stupid thing before it worked properly. And I don't know why, but the Dreamcast game I had ordered before this is still stuck in Akron. So, I don't know how many screens to put in level 1 of JatB. I also switched some if statements to switch statements.
