So I thought I'd put batari BASIC on my new computer. Apparently it doesn't like it and refuses to run. No matter which library I try to install, it keeps giving me the same stupid message over and over again:

I have tried different ways to solve the problem, looked at every possible thread and every possible solution does not work. So I think it's safe to say I won't be using it any more. I wanted to finish up a few projects I started on my old computer, but I guess they will never be done.
I am seriously thinking about going Amish because computers like to HATE me for some reason.

16 bit is no longer supported since Windows Vista.

 

Which windows version from your previous computer do you use?

I am running Visual batari basic on a Windows 10 machine that was upgraded from Windows 8.1.

 

I was originally happy with the upgrade to 10 but since have come to view Windows 10 as a trojan horse.
