Pretty label

I began work on a label since apparently nobody wants to make one for me. While I was working on this, I noticed that the stripes for the u in "yum" weren't quite correct. So I took the time to correct them. The title screen doesn't look much different, though. I wanted to make a similar style of label that I did on MidSpace (mostly straight lines). After about 45 minutes of work, this is what I came up with. Attempt #1.

Yeah, I'm going to get rid of the black lines making up the mouth and pizza.

I also ordered the Pokemon Mini flash cart. You can do that now. After what seems like a few years. I hope to finally get to see how Frank the Fruit Fly works on a real Pokemon Mini. I hope I can actually get the thing to work. It sounds complicated.

What software are you using to draw the pictures? You need something slightly better, with anti-aliasing, to avoid the jaggies on the lines.

If you are trying to be stylish with "pixelated" artwork, then I suggest you make all your pixels the same size. Otherwise, it looks cheesy.

I'm using Paint to draw with, and Photoshop to put the layers in. I think removing the black lines make it look a little better.

I'll work on anti-aliasing the monster.

Yes, looks better without the black lines.

As a replacement of MS Paint, you may want to try Paint.Net, it's easy to use and has many of the features of more capable art programs. It has layers, filters, and a bunch of other cool stuff -- plus it's absolutely free.
