Since I didn't knew about George Foreman's grills, I thought about a sandwich maker.

Same idea. It's a waffle iron for meat. (I have a George Foreman grill - it actually works really well.)

But does the grill expect you to buy 35 year old sandwiches again, or did it come with those included?

They're all-new versions of 35 year old sandwiches.

Either that or plugin in a SD cart with 35 year old and some new recipes.
