Wow! The search function even is capable of single character search with seemingly adequate results. It was a long time ago I saw such search engines.

Yes, it works very well and it's extremely fast.  I get 10,000 results back instantly.  It's actually useful having the one-character search terms.  For instance, if you search for "Playstation 1" (with the quotes), you get meaningful results.  This wouldn't have been the case previously (either on the new forum or on the old one).
