Pushing my buttons
I had an extremely hard time with the cranberry game last night. The code for pushing buttons. I wanted it so when the button was depressed to act, instead of when the button was pressed in (or "accidentally" held too long.) As it turns out, I had to use the button detecting code TWICE, once for seeing if the button was pressed, and another time for seeing if it wasn't. I had a hard time trying to sleep last night, so I went to work on this.
I woke up and discovered I wanted to change it. The note denoting a bad press needed a pause after it before going to the title screen song playing (The title screen song is paused when you enter button presses.) So I did that. NOW I think it is exactly the way I want it. Though I'll have to change the code for determining which button was pressed if I need more than 4 passwords, but it shouldn't be too hard.
Before I went to sleep, I also took the time to change the title screen for Frank the Fruit Fly. i got rid of the ugly black line denoting the end of the grass since it wasn't needed because it was gray now. So now it looks like this:
I want to work some more on Frank the Fruit Fly, but I don't have any ideas. Right now, Frank is in a desert. But what can he do in one?
