Midway Arcade's Greatest Hits: The Atari Collection 1

Asteroids, Battlezone, Centipede, Missile Command, Super Breakout, and Tempest are here to play on your Super NES. One bad thing I can say about this is there's no way to exit the game unless you die. That and it doesn't take very much time to go into demo mode, only like 5 seconds of inactivity. And it doesn't save your high scores. But I guess the good news is they're arcade perfect, so there's that. And the "1" in the title is a bit misleading, as this is the only Atari collection on the SNES. But I guess the SNES's life couldn't last long enough for Midway to put out a second volume. This was released in 1997, and the N64 was already out.

next time: I'd better watch out, if I lie about this next game, my nose will grow.

man this post makes me want more arcade collections on the switch, it is so nice to pull up an arcade game and play 1 credit while waiting for something

You're able to exit the game. I believe the shortcut is L+R+Start+Select. Also works with the earlier Williams collection.
