I found Trioncube at Best Buy this morning. I thought for a minute they didn't make it and I dreamt the whole game up, but I didn't. It looks from the screenshots that you get 3x3 cubes of the same color to make them disappear, but it's easier than that, you just get 3x3 cubes of any color, so it turns out it was easier than I anticipated. I got a little bored after playing the 'endless' mode for half-an-hour (really is endless). And I've been pronouncing it wrong all this time, I've been pronouncing it 'try-on-cube' when, according to the game's title screen, it's 'tree-on-cube'. And the part # is 3O, for the prefix 'tri' and 'o' which is next, which I thought was kinda clever. They must be running out of part #s for DS games and'll have to start using "B##E" pretty soon. And I have a really weird idea for a game I could start programming: It's called "Going Down Niagra Falls In a Cardboard Box." and involves you guessed it, and avoiding rocks that jut out on the way down. Sounds interesting, doesn't it? I could make player1 the box and the guy in the box with the player1colors option and make player0 the rocks, which could be different shapes. I told my mom this idea and she unexpectedly said "That's a good idea." I'm wondering if it's kinda the same thing as Toobin', might be a good legal strategy to get Toobin' on the 2600 without Tengen coming after me...
