Important GoSub announcement

I've been thinking a lot about the Atari spirit, as well as the spirit of being nice and generous. I don't know the logistics of receiving money off homebrews sold at AtariAge, but what I want to do is take all the money from GoSub and give it to a charity. And my charity of choice is the Willamette Humane Society, a humane society located right down the road from me. It's a kind of small humane society, but they do good work for animals, and I just want to help them out. I don't want to be a greedy homebrew game developer in it just for the money, because honestly, I'm not that interested in the money. All the fun derives from programming the games, and while I could spend every dime on games for me, it just wouldn't be worth it, so that's my philosophy. Onward with GoSub!

Giving money to charity is a noble idea. But remember that getting paid for all of your hard work in bringing a game like Gosub to reality is not a bad thing nor is it being greedy. You won't get as much money as you may think anyway. I would save it for a few DS games and maybe just volunteer a few days a month at the charity.

Hi Chris

this is a good idea. But Neotokeo is not wrong with his opinion.Let us be serious.Today,in 2007 no programmer will earn a lot with a 2600 game.

However Gosub is really great,i like it.

greetings Walter
