So it begins...
I was going to go to Best Buy today to get a GBA game, but thankfully I looked in the paper and their ad said Closed Easter Sunday. Yep, it's Easter, one of the two days where everything is closed. It doesn't seem fair to me that people who don't have to go to church can't go to a store if they feel like it. I can see the point of closing the store (so Christian employees can go to church services all day, and people who celebrate Easter can be with their families), but I wish everything doesn't have to be closed. A few things are open, though. I bet cops are working today. I woke up this morning and the local news was on, but basically the whole city is shut down, so today I guess I'll have to sit on the couch and watch DVDs all day.
EDIT: I should explain that it's just me and Mom here in the house for Easter. Mom did go over to Grandpa's after he went to church like normal, but my sister and niece are with her boyfriend's family (like a normal Easter.) And my aunt and uncle live in Portland.
