Yes, I got a copy of Washing Machine, the Sonic Youth album. Inspired by the Favorite Long Songs topic I started, I went out and bought it, and am now listening to The Diamond Sea (the reason I bought it). Apparently, there's a 25-minute-long version on the single, but I didn't find it, so I just have to settle with the 19-minute-long version. . There's this record store downtown called Ranch Records, where a music fan could spend hours looking at a huge selection of CDs and old records (and new records.) Unfortunately, they didn't have any of the records I was looking for (no Rush albums, they had some Neil Young albums, but not the one with the 16-minute long song on it. Now I'm at the part of the Diamond Sea where it's just noise, sounds something like mid-90's Beck bonus noise on Odelay, Mellow Gold, or Stereopathetic Soulmanure. It's a good song, though.
