Here's what I'm imagining for the maze screens to look like:

I wonder if it can actually look like that. I hope so. I'm also going to add a treasure chest to get (and maybe an optional octopus that you can shoot.) The real challenge now would be to design more mazes with blocks like that. I may have to make the submarine smaller so it can fit through smaller passages (that shouldn't be too hard if I need to). Also, hopefully I can put a design in the blocks so they won't have to look so bland. Make them look like the coral like in SMB1 or something. This is all just brainstorming at this point as I'm waiting to hear back from the people who are helping me put this together.
