I hear you. My cat Tigger died at 20 years old after a long bout with an illness and respiratory infection. He was a great cat and I still miss him terribly to this day. One of our outdoor cats has gone missing recently and we all fear the worse. We have fisher cats and coyotes around us, so it's not looking good for her (Whiskers is her name...a small black and white mix that has the most gentle disposition).

 

I hope Peaches pulls through.
