Funny, I was looking at this last night. I'm disappointed that Ion Storm doesn't appear (connected to Eidos), especially given their notoriety. :ponder: I'll wait until a revision that includes Ion Storm and then get a poster made..

Take a look at this company, they can print posters in pretty much any size (up to 40" x 60" or something like that), and their prices are reasonable.

Yeah, I'm also missing several companies like Epyx, Interplay, Bethesda, The Logic Factory, FTL, Rainbow Arts, System 3, Argonaut, Graftgold, Firebird, Rainbird, Access, etc. but I'm not sure if maybe I just didn't find them yet :ponder:

Yeah, it's tough to see it all on a monitor without tons of scrolling around. And then it's easy to miss stuff. I like your idea of printing it on a large poster. I'm not even sure A0 (1 meter squared, for those of us in the US) is large enough!

you missed a couple for Eidos, namely Gremlin Graphics and core design (also, Eidos is now owned or part of SCI/Sales Curve Interactive (of silkworm/swiv fame)

Interesting, I thought USG/Centregold were shareholders in Gremlin G (way back when)

You could have added Imagine under Ocean (who bought some of imagine's assets, but not the 'megagames' way back when) and also Telecomsoft/Firebird/Rainbird and silverbird under Microprose (who bought BT's software arm out way back when)

I seem to recall that in some markets activision were also known as 'mediagenic' before the old activision declared chapter 11 way back when
