Donkey Kong: Banana Blast

OK, so I've decided to make a Gamecube game compatible with the bongos after realizing the game isn't going to make itself. The idea is simple: It's a Space Invaders-style game, where the left bongo moves the DK spaceship left and right moves the DK spaceship right and clap is fire. So, I download the Dolphin emulator and DevKitPro and unzipped them. Immediately, I find two things wrong. #1 - there is no readme file for either of these two applications. How am I supposed to know what to do if there is no readme files?! #2 - I open the Dolphin emulator and this message pops up: "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher." I did manage to find a "Hello, world!" source code, but I can't figure out how to compile it to make it a Gamecube program. Even if I did, it looks like I could not run it because the emulator doesn't work, but I would be happy just to see it a program anyway. I swear, I'm kind of like a King Midas of electronics, although everything I touch doesn't turn into gold, it turns into a useless piece of garbage. So, if anyone can help me figure out just how to operate devkitPro, please tell me!
