The tale of my new 800XL
Hey kids, I went to that used video game store again. Found a guy cleaning what looked like an old computer. I asked them about it, and they said it was an Atari 400. There were two of them, one had a disc drive, the other didn't. Also there was a Sinclair, but I didn't get it. So I waited until they were done cleaning it and bought it along with 5 games. As it turns out, the computer itself says Atari 800XL, apparently they need to go back to school to learn numbers (j/k!) Well, I spent $40 and got five games, which you can read about more in the Atari Computers forum. I got the one without the drive, they wanted $50 for it. Well, anyway, now I need to find some more games for it. Oh, and also Wheel of Fortune for my game.com came in the mail. Works and looks like a charm.
