Nicely done! If only I can draw as well as you... it will be easier then to make "cartoon-like" version of Venus Spa characters.

Just start drawning! It's like a therapy anti-stress to me. Doesn't matter if the final result is good or bad, all you need to do is draw something you like.

Well I think your sprite looks awesome, great form and shading. The only thing I can see to change is that the legs look short and the arms seem too long but those are easy to fix, select part and push up or down, then tidy the pixels. Was reading you do good sprite work so thought I'd check it out, great stuff.
