Wild Thornberrys: Chimp Chase
Here we go again, folks. Not too excited about having to play Mega Man Battle Network (and that's putting it mildly.) But first, this. This game just flat out sucks. It's too difficult. I can't get past the first level. Yep, it's one of those. And let me remind you: the franchise is meant for kids. If any kid were to play this, they would get frustrated as I did, say the game was crap and never play it again. And that's what I intend to do, unless I feel like making my day a lot worse. And worse yet, it's a platform game. Yep, a difficult platform game. This makes Mega Man look like a cakewalk.
Basically what you're doing (at least in the first level, since I can't get past it), is working your way among trees in the Amazon with a thunderstorm in the background. Basically, what you're looking at, is Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure. And if you look back at my review of that game, you'll find at least I got to the first boss. What you're looking at here is a clone of a crappy game that's even crappier than the clone it's based off of. If you were to see this in a video game store, run screaming in the opposite direction. And yes, I spelled the game's title right. Their last name is Thornberry.
