Getting fatter!

I had originally wanted it to say "YOU'RE GETTING FATTER!" but there is no apostrophe in the Odyssey2's font. I had stumbled upon something that looked like an apostrophe, which I think was the top half of a letter, which then read it to say "GETTIN' FATTE" or something. As it turns out, there can only be 12 letters on the screen at once. "GETTING FATTER" is 13, but for some crazy reason it only displayed "GETTING FATT" which would be 11. Maybe it was because I had put in a space, which the Odyssey2 looks at as a character. Regardless, I had to use sprite #1 (remake it as an E) and sprite #3 (remake it as an R) to finally display "GETTING FATTER". I had thought that the O2 could have more than just 4 sprites on it, but anyway, it can't. So right now, it displays the message every 50 calories you consume. Someone mentioned that since it was the Odyssey2 that I should replace the blue mouth with KC Munchkin. I don't think I'd want to do that. I don't know why, but it just feels wrong somehow to use someone else's character, I feel that Magnavox might go after me or something. I know they wouldn't, but still. I wonder if Telesys still exists and might discover I'm porting Fast Food to the Odyssey2. Anyway, I found a way to redraw the lines. I had to cut them in half because I'm running low on space here, but I discovered a way that takes up less space, the same way I use to display the characters. But even with that, I think I'm still running out of room. Sometimes when I go to compile it, it says "3 run throughs and no errors," which I discovered actually means a big huge error since the screen in the emulator won't display anything after "SELECT GAME." But anyway, this all took about 4 or so hours to do and I discovered something else: If I'm going to spend 4 continuous hours sitting and working at my computer, I need to replace this old wooden chair I'm using.
