What have I been doing since my last blog entry? Nothing much. I did however get/order a couple games. My AtariAge package finally came, and the cheapie $3 thing I got, when put on my Odyssey2, created tons of static, so I just continued using the old switchbox I had, which produces a clear picture! Anyway, an idea I had just hit me. MIDIs. I haven't made one in a while. I figure my last one of a long song I made went well, but I think this one's going to be even better. I'm making a MIDI of The Decemberists' EP "The Tain" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tain), which is why I titled my blog as I did. I think I got finished with part 1 (the EP is one 18-minute-long track, and nobody really says which part begins or ends where) Right now listening to Sonic Youth's "Diamond Sea." After listening and relistening to The Tain checking my MIDI, I needed a break from that song.
