Ruiner Pinball
I think I know why they call it Ruiner Pinball. My right thumb hurt after half an hour of playing the Jaguar game. Nevertheless, after like a dozen or so tries, I almost broke the 40 million mark on the Tower table. The previous owner of the cart (Austin), had about 37,900,000 and I was determined that I could beat that score after experiencing my close tries. One time I finished with 37,600,000 or so. You can imagine how mad I must have felt. Well, after an hour of playing, I came up with this score:
I don't know how, either. I just kept playing until I suddenly had multiball and a glowing red ball. It still is a mystery of how to get 8 million or so bonus points and you get warped to the top table. It just seems like it happens randomly. Well, it may not be the biggest Tower score ever, but I was happy with it. I know, I was supposed to get out my PS1 and play it, but the Jaguar was right there, too. But now it looks like I'll have a new Halloween tradition: Ruiner Pinball, with all the spooky elements of the Tower table (the loading screen, especially: "Welcome to Hell, Please Hold...") I do have a nitpick about the game, though. When it ends, it should go back to the table selection screen, not go through all the title screen rigamarole.
