What caused this? Looks like some malware/spyware on your machine..

Malware? Can a Malware make me to lose the internet connection too?

 

I just updtaed windows. I'll tell you if this problem still happens.

I can tell you that the above dialog box was not generated by AtariAge. Looks like the sort of thing designed to steal your username/password on websites when you visit them.

I agree with you. The dialog box appears on each site I visited, not just AtariAge.

 

My computer is updated now. After scanning my hard disk, Windows Defender finds no malware/spyware.

Peharps, I'd choose a better malware/spyware scanner than Microsoft's.

I don't use Windows full-time so I can't offer an alternative, but I know there are some excellent programs out there to remove malware/spyware. I'd definitely look beyond Microsoft.

This problem didn't happen since I think the problem was in tje company server, not my computer. Or the malware is smart enough to do not happen all the time or the user would suspect something wrong.

So it's all good now?
