TI-99/4A "Alpha Lock" fix

Quick fix to prevent the ALPHA LOCK from interfering with the TI joystick. Pin 6 from the connector feeds the ALPHA LOCK switch, simple trace cut and a diode. From http://www.mainbyte.com/ti99/console/alpha_lock.html

Note that even with this fix in place, some modules (notably "Beyond Parsec") will require that you release the ALPHA LOCK before continuing.
