Intellivision Flashback menu 2 Of 6

I finally bought an Intellivision flashback and was sorely disappointed with the menu.

It really looks like crap, and same for the Atari flashback.

The actual games look fairly close to the original. But why would they go to the effort and expense to build this console, and not use current available and cheap video components for the menu presentation.

It's really difficult to read, and apparently that have made all the consoles like this.
