holygrailvideogames.com
I saw both of these last night, but he also tried to sell these several months ago. I emailed him then and asked if they were PAL and he never responded back to me. I figure they are PAL and that his why he says that he can't test them. povlok1
ya prob pal.. but price was right, even for pal. and I don't have this label variation.. and it a good win if indeed its a NTSC;)

SimonTemplar
http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?View...&sort=3&rows=50 Funny, the crazy climbler auction says "game has been tested and is working" then the obelix auction says "I have no way to test the cart, so it is being sold as is". I`ll let you make a conclusion on your own... |

povlok1
This is heating up quick.. ok.. I tried emailing him,, got it ponged back to me by the Maildemon.. bad email address.. also, I email the gentlmen who won the Obelix sold on the 15th and here is what was said: Me to buyer: hi,, did you recieve your Obelix? the guy you won it from has recently sold two more.. all look like the same one?? > Buyers Response: No I haven't. I sent an e-mail last night, but haven't heard anything back. I hope this guy isn't scamming us. hmm.. dont look good
povlok1
got a response from seller: the 2 auctions you won from me are now invalid.auction number-3081433512 and 3081603262.the second auction stated immediate payment only.paypal only.no payment was made and i checked your feedback.so i canceled both the auctions you won. thank you My reply Your ad DID NOT say immediate payment.. my feedback is very good.. you have sold to me in the past.. also,, you didnt respond to the emails from the person you sold the obelix to on the 15th.. what is up? I have reported this to ebay, your first ad said NOTHING about immediat payment.. my few negs were from two buyers, one clearly shows a pic of the package I mailed to the guy,, his mistake,, the other recent neg's were all from one BUYER.. my feedback is fine.. I can look threw your sales and see you have sold to many others with less than 99.1% possitive! this is clearly as scam.. I want my obelix that I won in the auction.. I have already submited this to ebay's fraud department to cover my but.. also we are discussing this in a forum on AtariAge were many atari buyers go to validate sellers http://atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p...p=545129#545129 What gives??
