Error code # 23 is a Turbobasic error code. So maybe try to CLOAD from Turbobasic...

So I can use a MaxFLash MyIDE and MaxFlash SDX 4?? So how are you going to stack them together without a pass through. or a dual port cartridge adapter 'like the MIO 130xe connecter.

I recently tried out the SWAP command & swapped drive #1 to partition #2. I did a COLD command, even my slow basic progams execute and run much faster off the partition .. seems as fast as using a RAMDISK. thanks again for your efforts. ROM..ROM..

Loads in just seconds, with a few keystrokes text file gets reformated ready to print seems even quicker than on the PC with my textfile editor for windows.

SDX program Whereis doesn't log any 32mb partition. Just wondering if any other standard Spartados programs can't see this large drive. I tried TREE /F and got a good responce. Diskrx also not working. Any hope to get Whereis to work with a large partition.

SIO2PC Pigula made. Won't boot anymore. Symptoms are: Red screen No action on boot up except that the LCD screen turns red. No error codes visible. Swapped SD cards -- same symptoms -- ATARI folder is on the root / with other folders inside.

I have the USB2SIO and counted the pins at the SIO plug and pin2 was one of the pins 3,4,5,7,10. If I counted it correctly.

While booting hold the select Key for harder levels.

You say "256 Transcend Modules" are these the 40 pin IDE modules or CF cards, because I had to take out my IDE modules and use CF to IDE adapers. Also would Secure Digital card adapters work in place of the CF adapters.

SpartaDOS TAR v.1.5, a clone of well-known Unix archiver, for SpartaDOS 3.x and SpartaDOS X. This file at the above link to Drac030's site is an archiver 'UNIX' style will archive an ATR and then you can unpak to a 512 BPS partition. This is good because it is nearly as fast as doing a sector copy. More involved but after the archive is complete is can be copied to any partition and unpacked at SDXMyIDE read and write speeds.

Fdisk option ^B bootable should be a toggle. Otherwise I needed to ^N new the partition in order to clear the B flag. I copied SIO2SD drive A: (about 400 files) to partition B: in about 9 minutes.

I got it working on my setup now. MyIDE internal with Atarimax flashed 4.42x. Properties report as External eventhough it's internal. Change out the MyIDE rom and put in atarixl.rom. BPS set to 512 on 3 partitions. Damn I need to buy a good camera now to post pictures. I have not found the RWTEST software yet. ---searching now--
