  1. Having never owned an Adroid or iPad or any type of tablet I have decided to wait and see how the whole Windows 8 Tablet thing pans out.........

      Good idea.. Microsoft's past success in the smaller form factor line bodes well... :-) Couldn't help it...

      No problem, I expect it, I don't worry about the past. They seem serious about the upcoming Windows 8 tablets and some major manufacturers have pledged support some in favor of Android even. I will be honest, I am perfectly comfortable and happy in the Windows environment, I am NOT an APPLE fan beyond maybe the classic computers for collecting purposes. I been really tempted by the ASUS Transformer tablets, if the Windows 8 tablets don't deliver then ANDROID it is!

      After researching for a replacement for my wife's laptob, she now has a Motorola Xoom, which she loves. That having been said, I am in the same boat. I'm putting off basically any computer purchase until the entire W8 ecosytem arrives. I'm really hoping I like it, in which case I can have a pretty unified experience (desktop, tablet, Xbox 360).
