      I enjoyed the old I'm a PC / He's a MAC commercials but THIS? Uhm, just makes their customers look totally inept....they need a "Apple Genius Bar employee" to do everything for them, you know the kinds of things many PC users just do on their own, I have had this view about Apple customers for years (sorry) but now APPLE is projecting this image themselves lol.
