Can YOU easily spin the hub with your finger?

could be something as simple as the wires came undone in transit. Does the CD spin up? Most likely, the spindle hub got pressed down and needs to be popped up a little. Does it spin freely?

When I've had a JagCD spin backwards, the problem was a loose power wire to the CD motor. Also, don't assume that Atari crimped the connectors correctly in the wiring plugs.

I always ship Priority in the USPS box and consider insurance to be more for my protection! Sellers that ship in a bubble-ope also tend to hold your feedback hostage.

Not really! You have no idea how drunk I was when I started this thread! I am old enough to remember getting surround sound from VHS movies like Jurassic Park using a stereo VCR hooked up to a Pro Logic decoder. That was great! We all take Dolby and DTS for granted now!

The only thing I can think of is to offer free SDK's to developers.

It works fine on a crt tv. My surround decoder switcher didn't fix it for LCD. I really want to play it on my bigger TV!
