There's a very good chance that in the future you will regret losing it. You may feel one way about any certain thing right now but in a few years you might find yourself in a diametrically opposite position. You'll find that the pain of regret is a lot more troublesome than the effort it takes to hold onto something and store it for future use.

No, I believe the problem is that there are many who believe quite strongly in unfettered capitalism who overlook its consequences. I agree 100%. I loathe people that buy things like that just to tear it all apart and make a fortune on it. Just the same as I would with a classic car, like Chris suggested. No matter what, it ruins it for the average person and only makes such items available to the wealthy. I just don't get it. Why it's such a big deal that someone\anyone makes money? Better them make money than rob folks on the street isn't it? As far as I'm concerned the two are pretty much synonymous.

Greetings, I am in need of a Disk Drive Controller Card and connecting ribbon cable for a Tandy CoCo. Preferably a FD-502 but any should do since I have a multi-pak that supposedly will allow me to use ones other than a 502 on my CoCo 3. I recently acquired a disk drive, model 26-1160, which was stated to be in great working condition but without the card and cable I have no way to utilize it. Also, I'd like to have a Speech/Sound Program Pak so I can experience the extra audio bits on the select games that use them. If anyone has one or both of these they can spare or knows where I might find them please let me know. Thank you.

I'd vote for that option. Even though I am guilty of sniping, constantly really, it gets quite nerve wracking. Sometimes, when I really want an item bad, I swear my heart is going to explode through my ribcage during the last 60 seconds of the auction. Plus it's infuriating to have been the high bidder on an item for the entire week only to have some s.o.b. steal it from you in the last three seconds. Just a couple days ago I lost a disk drive controller card and speech card for the Tandy Color Computer in the final four secs. I'm sill seething.
